A small oasis of tranquility and atmosphere, located in a private and quiet street, Locanda Villa Moderna is located in Nervi, a seaside town located at the beginning of the Ligurian Riviera di Levante.
Built in 1934 by ancient nobles who had chosen Nervi as their holiday resort, in 1985 Villa Moderna became an Inn.

Since then, it has hosted in its five rooms tourists who are looking for an elegant but relaxed, modern but detail-oriented environment.

The current manager is Marco, a young man who grew up between the sea and the mountains of Liguria. He will be happy to welcome you to a comfortable town, capable of captivating everyone with its scents and the bright colors of the sea, its parks, and its delicious dishes.

Enjoy a relaxing stay, resting in silence and waking up to the song of nature. Start the day with the typical Italian breakfast.

Art Nouveau Villa

The Locanda Villa Moderna is an Art Nouveau villa, built in 1934, inside there are five guest rooms.
The rooms are furnished with taste and care, combining traditional and modern elements, generating a contrast of sure pleasantness.

The restaurant room, cozy and available for guests only, overlooks the living room, where you can read a book or consult a website, thanks to the free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel.
The private garden offers you the opportunity to sunbathe or entertain yourself in pleasant chats with friends, perhaps drinking a good glass of Ligurian wine.

Finally, don’t forget that the Locanda is just a few minutes’ walk from all that Nervi has to offer: the Anita Garibaldi promenade is only 450 meters away, with its splendid sea view and its restaurants and night clubs; the famous parks of Villa Luxoro with the rose garden, Via Oberdan for shopping.

Our Services

Locanda Villa Moderna is not just relax, it is also fun and sharing.
All of our rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, air conditioning or ventilation systems, the entire hotel offers free internet access via Wi-Fi.

Nervi is a difficult town to leave: that’s why we have a baggage delivery service, if on the last day you want to spend every minute on the walk, or with your feet in the water, or meditating on the cliff… Leave your luggage to us, we will take care of it.

The entire hotel is a non-smoking environment, with the exception of the garden.

Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00 every morning.
