Our Single Room

Our room designed for single guests guarantees all the comforts of a traditional stay.
The floor, in traditional Genoese grit, is decorated in the winter months with Persian rugs that warm the environment. In the summer months, the traditional flooring guarantees freshness and cleanliness.
The wrought iron bed adds a note of contrast to the modern and rational environment.
Air conditioning takes place through a forced ventilation system, adjustable by the user, independent from the rest of the structure.
The independent bathroom has a shower. The room overlooks the east side of the Villa, with a pleasant garden view and is first kissed by the sun every morning, offering a natural and delicate awakening to its guest.
The furniture is completed by a wall-mounted desk.

Our Deluxe Double Room

For those who want feel a little bit spoiled, the Locanda offers its most suggestive room.
A cozy double room, with parquet flooring, for a couple of slightly more demanding guests. The Deluxe Room is the only room with an independent balcony overlooking the garden and our private street.
The view extends over the village of Nervi and, between the picturesque roofs of the houses, you can see a glimpse of the precious Ligurian sea. The double bed, with a wrought iron headboard, matches the bedside tables, also in wrought iron with glass shelves. The independent and freely adjustable air conditioning system ensures that the temperature is always adequate to your needs. The independent bathroom is equipped with the Solatube natural lighting system, which brings natural sunlight into the room.

Our Superior Double Room

The Locanda Villa Moderna offers its guests a superior double room, which can comfortably accommodate two adults.
The room has a pleasant parquet flooring, to help maintain heat in the winter months. The independent air conditioning system can be adjusted directly by the guests in full autonomy.
The bathroom is private and independent, with the suggestive and innovative solatube lighting system, which brings natural sunlight into the room.
The furniture is completed by a traditional wooden desk and a modern Kartell chair, as well as a wardrobe for your clothes and a flat-screen TV.

Our Standard Double Room

The Locanda Villa Moderna has a standard double room available for its guests, which can comfortably accommodate two adult guests.
The room has a pleasant parquet flooring, to help maintain heat in the winter months. The independent air conditioning system can be adjusted directly by the guests in full autonomy.

Our Triple Room

Our Triple Room is able to comfortably accommodate a family of two adults and a child, and in case of need even a family of four. The floor is parquet, so even in the winter months the warmth of the wood makes your stay pleasant. The walls are decorated with traditional Venetian plastering, which perfectly matches the wrought iron headboard. The room is air-conditioned independently, has a complete and independent bathroom, with bidet, shower and with the suggestive Solatube lighting system, which brings natural sunlight into the room. The furniture is completed by a traditional wooden desk and a modern Kartell chair, together with a flat-screen TV.
